While putting the new O/R H-pipe on my fox i noticed on the tailpipe (long story on why i was back there lol) theres a hole where it looks like the tire has been rubbing against it....anybody else have this problem?

Also the TV Cable is out of adjustment and i wasnt sure if anyone knew a simple way to adjust it......i looked up a couple Tech articles and it said the cable should be neither be slack nor tense and it looks to be adjusted to the end but i still have a good quarter inch of cable stickin out the end!

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys!!
