TRANS-R-US trannys?
A year ago i bought a transmission from a tranny shop down in florida, the companys namewas TRANS-R-US. It's an AOD that thay say is built to take up to 500HP. Now my question is has any one had a tranny from them, and i dont know what the said was put into the tranny. i know that it has a shift kit and kevlar clutches in it but if it is built to take 500HP what eles would they have to put into it to make it hold up? I would just call them and ask but they went out of buisness i think and thats why im selling it and buying a TKO600.

In that case, how much do you want for the tranny?

RE: TRANS-R-US trannys?
I paid $1200 for the tranny and i have a 2500 stall converter and the flex plate for it, its all brand new and never used. So im selling it for $1350 all together its about $1600 so and don't be fooled going out of buisness dosent mean its built bad i mean WELD wheels went out of buisness andthey were VERY big, American Racing ownes them now. Not being smart with money will put you in the whole

Is the tranny used? I don't need the flex plate or the converter.
