Default Need help on motor decisions for my TURBO SETUP

Iam about to orderthe stage 2 turbo kit from here(66mm turbo):
http://www.turbochargedpower.com/94-95%20Mustang.htm

I only have 15k for the whole build. I would like to stay a little under, but that is my MAX.

engine wise, what motor should I buy to handle this??

The turbo kitis $5000 so that leaves 10k for the rest of the build.
-1000 for built rearend(moser 31 sline axles installed)
-2000 for built transmission or tremmec tranny w/ clutch
-500 for dyno tune

That leaves me roughly $6.5k for the engine.

Will just forged internals and low compression pistons do the trick?? Where should I buy this complete shortblock??

I am having Houston Performance do the motor install and tune. They might get me a deal on a motor that can handle the boost. My friend said he was quoted 3600 for a built motor w/ forged internals for his 03 mustang gt, which included ported intake manifold. I think that was with the stock block though. Will the stock block handle the power if the internals are forged and has low compression pistons????

THANKS!

I can't wait for this build to be finished.

What I am looking for is anywhere in the 500rwhp ballpark and be reliable

thats going to require an aftermarket block but you could still be under budget. but doubt it
