i got my car back from the shop a couple days ago. i got the aod rebuilt and had a B&M shift improver kit installed. i am happy with the way the transmission came out but i am not satisfied with the shift improver. so i may be swapping in out for a manual valve body in the near future. but the mechanic adjusted the tv cable and now my car shifts close to 5000 rpms which is awsome. and all my shifts are higher which is better for cruising the streets. all in all i am completely satisfied with the way it came out. and i am ordering my gears this week.

LOL [&:]i used to think that but i know a properly built AOD can outlast a T5 by 2 or 3 times easily. so i am going to rebuild a different AOD for more performance later down the road.
