Hay im new here but I was just wanting some opinions on what I should do with my car. I got a 89 5.0 with preety much shot AOD. I would like a 5 speed but dont realy know which way to go. Please leave me ur choice of tranys

I use a beefed up AOD for traction and city congestion. It chirps all gears.

A t-5 and good driver = nice et's
