well the injectors are not a necessity, and i really wont have the money for them.

yea but im still a little worried about the ptv issues w. even just 1.7 rockers.
does anyone kno what 1.7 rockers will bring the lift and duration too on a stock cam?

find out wut ur lift is on the stock cam... and multiply it by 1.7...... wont change duration at all, just lift.

well the stock lift is the same as the other cams. 444/444. so just multiply that by 1.7?

divide by 1.6 first since that .444 is with stock 1.6 rockers, then multiply by 1.7 to find the cam lift. At least I think thats how you do it, cant remember 100%

Edit: Thats how to tell the difference between 1.6 and 1.7 rockers, Im not sure if your question includes the stock rockers into account or not.

by all rights u cant put those heads on that block and still have 100ths gap which is what you should really have but you really cant use the 1.7s and the heads toghter sorry u should mic ur new head gasket and then clay your heads before you use them and find out your total clearance it may not b enough
