Default emission plug on back of heads

i think my lifters are sticking from build up in the head due to the lack of flow from that pipe behind the heads. dont know if thats even possible but for a while i had it plugged and it was messing up my air thermactor system. i fixed it and for a while it was good but now i can hear the lifter closest to the firewall on the drivers side.

u can only hear it when there is a load on the engine. i can cruise down the street fine but when i go to hit the gas.. click click click click click

Put some seafoam in your crankcase, should free it up.

uh the EGR port on the back of the head has NOTHING to do with lifters
lifters arent even in the heads, they're down under the intake manifold.

Have you taken valve covers off to inspect spings and rockers and such?

Some Seafoam might unstick a stuck lifter but if its going bad nothing is going to "fix" it
other than replacing them.

I'll bet that that it's a header leak.
