Default finally figured out what i want!

i have been busting my head lately trying to figure out which way to go motor wise, and i finally decided on swapping in a 351w. so, can anyone give me any links or info on what it takes to swap in the 351w and make it a carb set up? i will start the build within the next couple of months. and are there any parts that interchange (ex. headers, alt, pulleys, whatever may be interchangable.)
