My 2nd gear syncro is bad, and i have to pull back on the shifter when letting out the clutch into 2nd gear, otherwise it will just pop out. Well when the trans is cold, it shifts fine. If i used a lower viscosity trans fluid would it shift easier when hot? Because after it gets real warm, it doesnt want to shift at all and i cant afford a rebuild right now.

i dont think new fluid will do a thing sorry just try duble clutching it into second i used to do it all the time till i got my new trans

u havea bearing problem, and no new fluid will not help at all, and it's not easy to find a lower viscosety fluid than ATF sorry... pm me and i'll see what i can do about helping u with a rebuild or walking you threw doing it yourself it's only 200 for parts
