Well Im assuming my clutch fan was no good and always pullin air, but when I swapped mine i so happend to be at a dyno also...gained right around 20rwhp. we couldnt figure out why my car wasnt putting 300 to the ground until we yanked that hunk of junk out. Looks a ton better also.
As far as Underdrive pullies...if your car is an auto, leave the alternator pully alone. as far as the others, swap em...good for around 8rwhp for 20mins of work. Never had a problem steering my car or it overheating so i guess someone knew what they were doing when they came up with the idea.

I bought a Summit radiator for $260 a Flex dual puller fan for $210

I get through my power band a lot quicker, and my temp. gauge will
never go any hotter than 180 deg.

Its defenetly worth it and you will like the extra 10-15 hp
Let us know the outcome

Gains will depend as stated earlier on shape of your fan and fan clutch..if it's quite worn and free wheeling you're not goin to see much gain..if it's a newer tight unit the gains are more substantial. We did some dyno time testing on fans effect..with my TIGHT new clutch style the gain was 12/18hp/tq at 5800 rpm...ALL the gain is in the upper rpm no gain was found under4500rpm. It's in the higher rpm that the fans HP drag is the highest. On a worn fan clutch you'll see little gain but the assist in cooling this summer will more than make up for the low net gain...it's a fantastic mod with all upside. I control mine with the DCC unit and wouldn't do it any other way.
