clutch
yea, time to order a new clutch... mine is all kinds of FUBAR. i have two or three in mind, but want to see what you all are using 1st.
as for the car... stock, w. exhaust, and DRAG RADIALS.
every day street car, and sees the track roughly once a week,ALOT of hard launching on it, and daily driving as well.
i have no problem giving up some driveability for a good gripping clutch.
im positive that this clutch will see a 100 shot(wet), and it may stick around for the big HP ****(s/c or turbo), chances are it wont make it that long tho, there a ways off.
so what do yall have/recommend? if u have it let me know, and if its a recomendation(dont have it but want it, etc) let me know too.
like i said i have 2 or 3 in mind, but wanna see what everyone thinks...

RE: clutch
I love my centerforce. I race weekly as well. It grabs hard but I didn't loose any drivability at all. The pedal is just a little stiffer then a stock clutch. BTW the centerforce is good to 400-500hp so I don't think you will be tearing it apart with just a 100 shot.

RE: clutch
I am using the king cobra, would I use it again...nope. It just has too much slip to it imo. I knwo you want a little slip from a street car but I just dont feel it has ever grabbed like any of my buddies clutchs do, which is nice a firm.

I say go with a centerforce or spec, which just happen to be your two choices you had in mind...Flip a coin or something
