RE: Horn need help
need to replace your foam between the two copper plates in the horn assembly pull the cover off the horn and add some new foam from like a cheap sponge or something if you disconnect your horn via fuse you also cut out your cruise control if you have it

RE: Horn need help
Good tip on the foam, I had my horn stick on mea few weeks ago, first thing I did was pulled the fuse& removed the horncover& silicone sprayedit { mostly the bottom lip of the cover }, it's been working fine since..but if it starts sticking again I know to add the foam..

RE: Horn need help
I have a 1988 LX 5.0. I had a similiar problem. My car was sitting for a couple of months. The battery needed charging. While charging the horn went off by itself. I removed the center cap and had to disconnect the black & purple wires.if I connect the horn it still sounds. It doesn't seem as if the foam trick is applicable here. Any thoughts?
