Default trany

hey guy for the last while my trany has been acting up but not very often. i go to put in 2nd gear and it grinds on the way in or it like slams out of gear but not all the time. and it makes a humming noise when in nuetral but only when its not moving any of you guys know why its doing that? is my trany junk

Yeah mine has the same problems. It was run with no fluid and the bearings between the input shaft and output shaft are now part of the output shaft. But you maybe better off than me and just need syncros
