oh i got them from UMI, i would've loved to make them myself by i didn't have the luxury of having someone give me the measurments... the install took 4 hours including the control arm, but about 2 of those hours was trying to get the freakin' control arm bolts out and getting the material under the seat off to have a welding area.[:@] ...i have to do the other side today, hopefully it'll go smoother.

+1000 on torque plates, wolfracecraft has then for $30... fit well

Roll cage will stiffen you up a lot too, even if it is only a 6 point, hell you got a good welder too. Also loode the weight... remove all extra stuff, battery relocate to rear pass side, underdrive pulleys, electric fan, smog pump delete, etc... i know its not all suspension, but it all helps with the main goal.

What do you have for a transmission?

i might go tubular k member.....but i dont know for sure, sorry this is when my retardation kicks intorque boxes are what exactly? and im really good at mig welding if that helps me any.
torque boxes are were you control arms mount to you car... u have four... if u get a lotta torque and u have good traction they just kinda rip appart..... its not pretty... get a nice 200 buck kit and ull get glad u did.... if u can weld id weld them in to after u bolt them in.. every lil bit helps

and really u dont need to do much else to there rear... mayb a nice URP k-memeber kit... comes with k member a arms and coil overs for hte front.... then some stick raidals.... and thats about all u can do unless u upgrade somethin u already have done

talked to a guy at the track tonight with a 93 5.0.....he said to do welded boxes and air bags....5lbs driver side and 12lbs passenger side, so i guess i'll do that also. i prob wont have some of this done when my car is finally running becasue i just want to get it a pass before the season ends...then i can do a whole lotta work over winter
