Default nervous about going aftermarket bumper any advice?

ok so im looking at some aftermarket bumpers since ford dosent make them anymore im pissed. im looking at the 50 resto one but i have had bad luck in the past with aftermarket garbage so im kinda nervous. idk what to do has anyone had experience with aftermarket bumpers if so they fit any good. i dotn want the front of my car to look butchered trying to get it to fit.

i purchased a cobra bumper for my gf's mustang from 50resto.com fit like a glove

Check with your local body shop. There are companies that take original OEM Ford bumpers and dip them to fill all the imperfections from thrown rocks and other road rash. They are called "reconditioned" bumpers.

i looked at some aftermarket bumpers... they were all cheap junk , so i bought a cervini's and am totaly happy. if you want to go cheap buy a cheap bumper but you get what you pay for.. some people dont realize the difference between a good bumper and some cheap made in china trash.

+1 thunderjet... I also bout a cheap Stalker f/b front bumper. Could never get it ligned up right at all. Ended up hitting something with it anyway and that's when i bought the cervini's Stalker bumper and I love it. Fits perfect and looks great.
