Get crank tiurned.010
Get some NEW rods with good bolts.
Light wieght forged pistons (Ross)
Balance everything.
Cam from some body besides Ford.
I always like carbed stuff so find a Holley 650 D.P. type carb and an Eddy Vic Jr intake.
Thats a start.............

cause ABC cams suck. You dont have to get the crank turned unless it's needed. Plus for a little more than the price of most machine work u can get a race prepped eagle. O and I like the Parker Funnelweb intake over the edelbrock Victor. You gotta figure this stuff out on ur own. Pull apart the motor and measure everything up. Then you'll know what machine work u need done.

lol, if ur looking for somehting like that you should just look at other people's builds and see wut numbers theyve done......most people spend hours and hours researching.......and most arent willing to hand out tons of work for free.....im still researchin wut im doin......im liking the whole 351 roller block stroked to a 393

Probe Forged Pistons .030 over
Scat 4340 forged rods
stock crank (preferably not turned down, unless yours needs it)
Melling HV oil pump
Comp Cams 35-302-8 Cam
multi index timing chain
Scorpion 1.6 roller rockers
FRPP roller lifters
have the heads ported by thumper
all arp studs and bolts
Say hello to high 11's and 325-350 hp
This is my exact build except afr185's or RHS 180CC heads with 58cc combustion chambers.
Scat 4340 forged rods
stock crank (preferably not turned down, unless yours needs it)
Melling HV oil pump

Believe me, I'm not giving away my exact combination either.
There is a 'little' free HP if crank is turned, just as there is with an overbore on the block...........
