I just camed my 5.0 HO 1988 GTwith a B cam and also put a 13lb flywheel on it... it is supercharged also. when i start the car after the cam and everything the whole car shakes like crazy and i also have a hesitated rev now....does anyone have any suggestions for me?

is the flywheel balanced to 50 oz or 28 oz, should be 50 oz for 5.0

When? All the time? Only when you get on it? Does it feel like you're missing? Any power? Does it stay running? Need more info

wrong weight flywheel, you may even have the correct box , but with the wrong part[:'(], drop the tranny n take it out

it is a light wieght aluminum flywheel from fidanza, i havent driven the car yet but it feels like the motor is lagging i hit the gas and it takes a second to rev up. the car stays running but when i turn the distrubutor to advance or retard the timing the car wont start. it will mstart right up once i put the timing back? something off a tooth or two?

The lag and the vibration is probably 2 serperate problems.
The vibration is most likely the wrong imbalance in the flywheel.

well i fixed the lag...but the vibration is the flywheel im pretty certain...does anyone know if the bigger or smaller wieghts that come with the fidanza flywheel go on?
