Anyway, you can set one limit for neutral and one for when you're in gear.

What mods do you have? When you say it feels sluggish, what exactly is it doing? Does it happen right away at WOT or does it happen at a certain RPM? Any sputtering? Does it actualyl seem to have problems or does it just stop pulling hard after a certain point?

What's your full mod list? It may be perfectly normal depending on your setup. In stock / nearly stock form, these didn't really have a ton of power. It takes a few mods to open up some potential.
