I was possibly thinkin about changin over from aod to aode. But i was wondering what i would have to do in order to make this change. Since aode is electronically controlled with overdrive and aod isnt. Thanks for the help

Thanks man for the help. I guess ill just buy a built aod and if it doesnt have a manual vb ill just buy one for it rather than getting and aode since i could control 4th with that. Ill just go with the manual vb sounds much easier lol. Thanks for the help anyways

u got those 4.10's in the rear, and if u drove on the street a good amount the c4 would not be your friend lol
1.00 final ratio + 4.10's= high rpm

Baummanator TCS!
http://www.becontrols.com/products/products.htm

should be the second product down on that page. I'd look into a 4R70W swap if you're going to go that far. It's stronger than the AODE, some claim it's strong enough to hold around 450 rwhp safely.

umm i wouldnt be to quick to jump on that one dude. i went to a tranny shop (they have been racing for 35yrs and have a 4000 hp stang) he said he worked on a pa tranny and didnt see anything in there really much more than stock. he called them and asked them what they did to it to hold the hp. he didnt reccommend them at all. he also said to get the c4 instead of aode rebuild b/c the c4 will hold up, the aode will probally tare up if i race with it a whole bunch. which the guy is right, but i like my OD lol
