i got a 408 with 11.75 comp witrh solid roller cam 262/274 at .050 lift is .688 / .701 , got out of box victor jrs. super victor intake with 1000 demon carb. in a 83 gt with tko trans and 3.73s all motor runs 11.2s at 121.

power out put will depend on what rpm the cam is designed for.
seen plenty of people make 650 flywheel hp at 6,500rpm on 408's with similar
set-ups to what you are going for, so yes you should get close.
Look on the Corral, some guy just did 658hp on a 408W, see what his combo was.
351 stock block is good for about 600-700hp no problem

heres my long block 408 its a 94 351w runs 10.09s with 200 shot. 1.44 60ft.
