Default MAS & 5-Lug Conversions

2 Questions.

1. I want to upgrade from Speed Density to Mass Air, but don't want to pay the retail prices. Someone said I could pull it from a Mark VII or another Ford along with the computer and swap it out. Which vehicle should I take it out of and what do I need off of it?

2.Want to upgrade to 5 lug. They same person told me to find two Ford Rangers and pull the left rear axles from each. If true, which vehicle should I take itoff of and what do I need off of it?

This is just the beginning of the mods I am going to put into this baby. Soon, a 331 w/NO2, then maybe a supercharger. Just waiting on my lottery numbers to hit.

Thanks!

Default RE: MAS & 5-Lug Conversions

1. Check ebay for mass air conversion parts.

2. Ive got two left Ranger axles and drums on my '92.
You need to get them from a pre-'93 Ranger with a 2.3/2.9/3.0. The 4.0 trucks use different rearends.
For the front youll need spindles/hubs/calipers/rotors from a '94-'95 Mustang v6/GT/Cobra (all spindles and hubs are the same).
