Running rich... after the normal things are checked

Running rich... after the normal things are checked
So I'm running rich... For the most part I throw code 181, the engine light is on and I think the engine is in open loop mode (using default settings). It runs alright, but fuel economy is horrible, and I smell some fuel from the back end. As I'm driving sometimes the engine light goes off, what ever is throwing the code seems to fall within the range of acceptable output but the engine bogs, backfires, and it smells like gas, I can't even go past 4k rpm in nuetral, after a bit the light goes back on and it reverts back to open loop mode.
Replaced O2 and Coolant temp sensor
Checked timing
Chceked ground to Engine/Alternator/body all acceptable
the next on my thing to repalce is the Baro sensor. it's not in the same place as the fox and can't find it?!?! Then Air charge temp sensor.

Lean, at rich adaptive limit = Comptuer thinks it's lean but it is putting inas much fuel in as if it was a worse case scenario?
Sometimes I get both banks, when I ran the codes last night I only got this one.

1. SN95's do not use a Baro sensor like fox EEC-IV systems do.
2. 181 = Right side still lean, at richest adaptive limit, during part throttle.....you may want to switch O2 sensors from sides and see if it repeats.....or, you may have problems with the MAF, have you tried cleaning it?......what is the fuel pressure in the system?
3. Problems in the injectors will also cause those symptoms, specially if it's isolated to one bank.
4. HEGO power ground for the O2 heaters is shared with the EEC ground (pins 40 & 60 at the ECM connector) + the signal shares HEGO ground using the SIGRTN ground reference the other sensors use, not like the fox EEC-IV where a dedicated HEGO ground wire is used.

RE: Running rich... after the normal things are checked
Thanks for the help, saved me a bit of time...I'll see what changes in the next run.
I ran 4 liters of Hexane/Methanol/dichloromethane through the MAF and evaporated the solvent to see if there was any residue (I work in a chem lab... easy enough). There is a small amount of residue, but could be from the rubber ends.
I don't remember the fuel pressure values, they matched the values in <93 Ford Fuel Injection diagnostic manual when I tested, unless the values are different for >93 I don't think that's the problem.
Will swap out the O2 tonight and see if it changes to the left bank.
Somevalues I get when driving using my ODB scanner incase anyone has input.
Air Charge Temp is reading in the 1.7-2.0 range, (130-160 degress says the above manual). normal
Engine coolant temp is reading between 200-220... normal
O2 still jumping between .01 and .8 volts

FYI the IAT/ACT is between 104° - 122° at those signal voltage readings....again, normal.
...and for the O2s......
