its not a 1/2 inch!! its a 13mm, thats y i dont use craftsman tools there incosistent, dont try to cut if of or any of the mickey mouse **** anyone in this forum will suggest, just go buy a bolt out set and thats it, no more headache

stock suspension, when I fit the 13 mm over it (when trying to find the size, it was too loose, and I tried it with two different makes of wrenches, and all the other bolts came out with either the breaker bar or good old muscle. this last one for some reason said "fug you Biotch!"

hack told me of a type of socket that is designed to fit stripped heads...

its not stripped too horribly, just enough to cause the wrench to slip off...

is a 6 point slipping off it? as suggested, heat is your friend. get that fugger red hot and shoot some pb blaster on the threads since you said you can see the backside of the bolt

i know this thread is a lil old but try shaving the head of the bolt so u can use a flat head tip an use a electric drill an an do it that way worked for me
