Default Headers/steering arm

I'm finishing up my 347 build and noticed with the new heads, the headers rub against the steering arm.

It's nothing serious and before I put a little dent in the header to clear it, but I really don't feel like putting another dent in the header and wondered if I have it rubbing, if it's a big deal.

i had the same problem using trick flow heads and bbk equals. i put shims in the two bolts that hold the steering column in ( the two towards the motor).

I have BBK equals and Canfield heads.

I'll give the shims idea a shot though.

Thanks for the input.

I have the same problem...I am going to look into shims too...thanks!

If that doesn't work, Maximum Motorsport advertisesa steering shaft to solve the problem.....
