Tranny noises....

Tranny noises....
So lately when im drivin around or whatever, there is this weird creaking noise around my transmission tunnel. It seems like it happens when the rpms are in the 2000 range and when i turn on a corner. The noises have been getting worse after a while. Any ideas of what it could be? I dont know how else to explain the noise except for "creaking". Thanks for all the help!
