eibach pro-kit spring

Hi .. i just want to now if i gona loose time to the 1/4 mile and traction if I instal eilbach pro-kit o my car .. 1989 mustang lx.
and how much time do you think i will loose

its not going to really gain you any, its made for street racing/cornering at high speeds, which is advised against anyways lol
