347 bore question???

i was wondering that myself.... but then again, how did i break the bolt holes off my starter when my crank snapped?[&:]

thats the first thing that popped into my head when i read this. part of the cam cant get into the cylinder.

now here's a stretch..................the only way I see that happening is a piece fell of was knocked/ sling shotted up to the underside of a piston skirt and scrapped the cylinder wall on the way back down as the bottom side of the piston played ping pong with it!............yeah I know a stretch but possible
