Default 4 Cylinder

How well do 4 cylinder front springs work in 5.0? Have heard of several people using them to help with weight transfer and off the line performance and such, but how well do they work? Are they bad to use? not enough support for the front end? I just satrted my 4 cyl. to 5.0 conversion today, and wanted to know about the springs. thanks!!!
