that's just a gimic deal if all the car needs is freon added due to a leak. however what you need is someone to troubleshoot your system and find out why it's not operating correctly if it's got a full charge. be sure to explain to them what you've done so far so they don't waste time trying to figure out or undo what you've done. tell them exactly what you've told me.

like he said, blockages. usually if the orifice tube is blocked, the low side hose will get so cold it will actually make a layer of ice around it.
neither of the hoses are getting cold?
