More blower and vacuum questions **one vent is working!
Ok so i traced the vacuum line that comes out of the intake and goes into the blower control and where the intake line breaks into two seperate lines one of them is snapped (this is on the passenger side of the engine bay). The one going to the blower control is good, and then there's another that goes into the fender that is snapped and i have no idea what it does. Anyway i sealed the one end to see if the blower control would get any vacuum and now the main vent works perfectlly ! But so far the vent on the passeneger side floor doesn't move, it looks like its trying but doesn't have enough vacumm. Also is there any floor vent on the drivers side because i can't see one? Anyway just gotta figure out where the vacuum line goes to any ideas?

Make sure you don't have anymore vaccum leaks low vaccum will cause inoperative motors. there is one motor located on the left side on the back of the box I believe.

yo buddy just did you a huge favor I looked on All Data here at work the one your looking for goes to the vaccum supply tank for the heater controls the other from the check valve goes to manifold vaccum so look for the canister should be behind a fender apron??

ALL THE VACCUM TANK DOES IS STORE VACCUM TO PREVENT SUDDEN CHANGES OR RAPID FLUCTUATIONS IN VACCUM DURING ACCELERATION. DAMN CAPS AGAIN!!!

is the big vent on the passenger side of the car for the defog mode? its about 5"x5" vent thats located under the glove box, thats the only vent that isn't working anymore

all it does is store vaccum so that when your car isn't producing vaccum like under moderate acceleration when manifold vaccum isn't present, you will still have heater control function. because if you didn't have a reserve then when you went to accelerate and lost your vaccum supply your heater would default to the defrost position since vaccum is what makes the whole system work and or not.
