95 5.0 spindles, rear end (5 lug) to fox body?

all i want to know is if the 95 5.0 stang spindles and rear end will bolt up to the fox body. a guy is selling the discs, calipers and all for 5-lugs for only $100. just wanted to know if it would fit. thanks.

You will need to change the master cylinder when you swap to rear discs.

so all i need is the rear axle, and front spindles, and the master cylinder. and everything bolts in? if not, please explain to me what all i need to make it work. thanks.
