How much vacuum should I pull at idle?
The only thing that I can really think of that would change my vacuum at idle is my TFS 1 cam. Otherwise, how many inches of vacuum should my car pull at idle? Would a vacuum leak cause it to be lower or higher? Just curious, thanks!

vac should be ABOUT 15 or so at idle stock... i said about... something close to that is ok...
but i dont know how much the cam you have will effect that number... so if its less, dont be suprised
and if you had a vac leak ur idle would be ****ty and the vac being tested would be a lower number then it should be

With a Steeda #19 camshaft, I usually pull about 13.5 inches of vacuum at idle. As stated above, a vacuum leak will cause a drop in vacuum. But a more aggressive camshaft will also cause a drop.
