I'd take the Cobra. I haven't driven a 95 Cobra, but I have driven a 98 GT. Not to talk bad about anyone's car, but the 98 I drove had such poor acceleration, I honestly would have thought something was wrong with the engine,had I not also driven a 96 and 97 that were the same way. These were the first Mustangs I had ever driven. I drove a bunch of them within a month, and, pre '99, was only impressed by the acceleration of the Cobras andfoxes. I don't know how much slower these non-PI cars are, say in the quarter,than foxesor 5.0s in general, but they don't feel even a little fast to me. Again, not trying to dis anyone's car. All that to say, my 88 GT is faster than a 98 GT...having very few mods. I'd like to think a 95 Cobra is faster than my fox. So I'd choose the Cobra.

If it's a 5.0 you're better off getting a GT and using the saved money from not buying a cobrafor a better H/C/I. as for the 4.6, I wouldnt settle for a GT, God built the32v DOHC with his own hands.
