Since you asking about the ins and outs of tuning and a good way to tune it, I'm going to assume that you don't have anything that will actually allow you to tune it (Tweecer, PMS, Moates, etc.) If that's the case, then there's really nothing you cna do other than take it to a shop and have them dyno tune it for you and burn you a chip. Or you can buy one of the previously mentioned tuners and do it yourself.

I'd think about losing the 19# injectors though.

youd be best off going to a dyno tuner like sam suggested. tuning is a bit more complicated then "do you want more hp? yes or no" you need to know about timing and fuel curves, timing for your compression level, sensor input, etc, etc. plus like mentioned above, you need a system that will allow you to make changes to the computer

Yea i'm losing the 19lb'ers for 24ld'ers next week I have the injectors just dont have the MAF sensor yet...Hmm so dyno tune it is... I will wait til I get the 24lbers on and take it then.. I heard a good tune really makes a huge difference with performace upgrades

Yeah, a good tune can make a huge difference. Just remember, when you put the 24#ers in, don't drive it until you get to the tuner because chances are, your current aftermarket MAF is going to be tuned for 19# injectors. The tuner will have to make some changes for you. And unless you're pegging the meter, I wouldn't waste money buying one calibrated for 24# injectors if you are going to get a tune anyway.
