Default rust removal?? and holes in floor? and roll cage help

hey all i just bought a project stang really cheap. and i wanteed to swap a 400m but the guy told me he sold it. so i am now looking into a 69 351w. and i plan for this to be an low 11 sec street/strip car, summer only. and its a t top so i need it to be sturdy. i want to use full length subfram connectrs and a 4-6 point roll cage. but i do have some rust most of it surface that i want to get rid of under neithe. and there are holes in the floor about 2 3" holes on each side. i dont r4eally want to replace the hole floor but if it comes to it i will. i want to keep full interior, as it will be a street car also. and if i dont go with a 4 point cage, i want to use a 6 point with swing out doors. but i just want to get rid of the rust and do a rust treatment to keep it away.

thanks nik

strut tower bar, tubular K-member. if your gonna put a ton of power, go with a weld in, especially if it will be a weekend warrior. if you only plan on/are able to get to a track, a bolt in cage would be good (thats what I'll be getting... after I finish my 5.0 swap) I heard something about "infloor" subframes, but I dont know much about them

can always just cut out the rust holes in the floor and weld in new pieces then cover it with por 15
shouldnt have to replace the whole floor pans
