Default Engine Power loss question?

Ok heres the deal. while i am driving and the car gets warm my emergency brake light comes on and the stock tachcuts in and outworking (there is a autometer tach also).then the engine feels sluggish, and sounds kinda funny. Then everything will go back to normal. It cuts in and out. Anyone have any ideas? thanks forany help.

The stock tach gets its signal of engine rpm through the tfi module and who knows how they hooked up the autometer tach maybe to the neg side of the coil......[&:] anyway if the car cut's in and out it could be a tfi module that is starting to fritz out........?? but without being there it's hard to diagnose your problem without going for a ride..

Well come on over....and lets go for spin!!! Ya I figure its some type of wiring problem, this car is a wiring nightmare. Are there wiring diagrams for the connectors down by the drivers left foot? behind the panel?
