Default Drive Shaft Compatibility?

Well i am gathering all my components for an AOD to T-5 Swap and i wanna know if the aluminum drive shaft on AmericanMuscle.com is compatable with both my current AOD and the T-5 i want to put on...

my AOD is rebuilt and in my 88GT t-5 is from an 87GT and will more then likely get rebuilt

just want to know if i can like throw it on my current set up and when i do the swap use it again?

Do you really want to pay to have someone install it? Its only a matter of 4 12mm bolts and maybe a extension housing seal if its bad?

If he doesn't trust what he reads ( and the facts are right there) , then yeah he needs someone to install it for him.

here is why i don't trust it... cuase many companies like bbk make products that are compatible with your car, doen't mean it doesn't need some altering to fit.... example bbk equal length headers,, rub the ****ing stgeering shaft and arr known to melt the spark plug wires get it? i am not a mechanic so if this is anything more then just a unbolt and rebolt job then i probably won't be able to do it
