wheel fitment...

Does anyone know if a 13" wheel fit over the caliper and rotor on my 88' 4cyl lx. As far as iknowthe smallest i have seen on a mustang is 14". I am racing 3/8 mi oval track and have to run a 13" radial tire. I can get 13" 4x4.25 wheels off a escort since i believe they have the same bolt pattern.thanks
