i can't spell im tryin to disconnect the brake lines off propotion valve in engine bay cuz i can't get the brake booster out without it any ideas i tried wd40

take a small mini torch like one for soldering and heat around the fittings I had to do that to mine it usually works but make sure you have a line wrench and not a open end wrench!!! all that'll succeed in doing is f'ing up the fittings

make sure you have a good line wrench too. i used to have a cheap set from craftsman and the end of it always wanted to spread out and round off the fittings. i good a good set from snap-on and havent had a prob yet. i know they are expensive but you get what you pay for. im not sure if matco or other brands are good, i dont have experience with them.

Try tightening it a lil and then loosen it.

Have you tried using a flare nut wrench, they're made for removing the nut you're taking about?
