With the white smoke I would def check/replace the head gaskets.

Now i'm done with the water pump i've bought another water pump.
tomorrow i'll go to some garages to see whats theproblem with oil leaking.

Do you have a turbo? If not you should make sure you don't use a picture with one in it. If you do it may be you need a breather to relieve crankcase pressure. If not you may have a blown head gasket or piston/ring problem. You may be leaking cyl. pressure into the crankcase causing excess crankcase pressure whick will push oil out in all types of places you have weak gaskets. It may also be the reason for the smoke you are experiencing.

is the oil leak from the top of the motor at that spot? if it is i would start with the little easy stuff first. the PCV valve is right there and if therubber grommet that it goes into is old and dried out then it could cause an oil leak from there.. same thing if the PCV valve popped out of the hole. just something to check.
