Default Harmonic balancer?

Well my harmonic balancer is coming apart again (for the third time [:@]). Anyone have any suggestions of a harmonic balancer that's not going to come apart so quick that wont cost an arm and a leg???

I have a stock one that you can get from any auto parts store for something like 25 or really cheap (it's been a while).

If it keeps coming apart, how the balance or your crank? Something to think about. If the balancers keep going out there has to be a reason.

summitracing.com

250 bucks, this is for a 28 oz imbalance (early 302's)

400 bucks, this is for a 50 oz imbalance (probably what you need, depends on the year of your motor)

balancers should last for years
if you are really tearing through them quickly, stop driving the car and have the internals checked for balance.
