Default New Balancer

So my crankshaft pulley broke on my mutang and some of the bolts are in there. I was told that it would be best to replace the balancer.

I found these:

Any ideas on which to get?

What are all the parts I need?

This is what I am thinking:

http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...0%201&comp=LRS

http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...0%201&comp=LRS

http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...0%201&comp=LRS

http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/...0%201&comp=LRS <-- might not need this?

Thanks for the help.
