Default 1979 coupe exhaust

I have a 1979 302 coupe, bone stock, andI'm installing a stock h-pipe and a dual system w/ flowmaster mufflersoff a 88 GT, as the exhaust is single now. I know i need a double hump crossmember, but does it matter whether the crossmember comes from an auto or manual car?

im assuming i also need hangers for the other side, gaskets, etc.do i need anything else?

thanks

what ever tranny you have you need that crossmember... the manual one is centered and the one for the auto sits back further on the brackets where it bolts up
