Default timming and fuel preasure?

was woundering what timing and fuel preasure i should be running. mods listed below. any help would be greatly appreciated

you could probably squeeze 16* of timing out of that setup, and 40-42psi fuel pressure with vac disconnected

does the car have to be running to adjust the fuelpreasure or just with the key on?
