Default need to know??clutch adjustment

I was needing to know where i could find the adjuster paw that catches the quadrant gear. Mine on my 94 gt has stripped out. I was also wandering if the adjuster paw was even needed if I went out and bought one of the aftermarket quadrant kits.

The aftermarket ones are metal...they won't strip out on you.

I had mine go out in my old '86 when I was racing a 3000GT....

I was playing with him....stayed side-by-side in first (only at about 50% power)....then he hit second, I slammed it...went sideways ....Then it was showtime, I was going to hit third and leave his *ss....BUT?!?

When I hit second, the pedal came up so fast that the plastic teeth went out...and I lost all tension in my clutch cable

No third for me!! And that Punk thought he won.....

Go with the aftermarket one...metal teeth hold up much better than plastic ones

all you need is the quadrant, firewall adjuster and a tiny modification to the OEM cable(which FYI is stronger then aftermarket cables) throw out the plastic pawl and POS quadrant

the rubber part on the white part that goes into the firewall needs to be ripped off and the 4 bumps underneath need to be filed down so the firewall adjuster sits flush
