ok, so when i put my o/r h pipe on, i had to take a hacksaw to that little pipe that comes down behind the old cats. its that tube that makes the cats work right. anyway, what should i do about it. its just hanging there open, same with the one on the h pipe. should i get both of them welded shut, or can i take that pipe off up by the engine or wherever it goes to. a little help here...

I welded mine shut. You could get a silicone heater hose, probably 5/8's and just stick it on with a hose clamp, then stick a bolt in the other end with a hose clamp.
