Default Header Gasket Install

Well im ordering a BBK Steel Head gasket, and i want to know if i need anything else besides just the head gasket? I think i need some kind of glue or something, silicone i think it is?

Well, how hard is the install? Alot of people tell me it's a pain in the *** and i don't have much experience on working on engines, im in the learrrning process. There is a broken bolt inside the header flange, is it true there is other ways to get them out besides taking them to a shop to be "tapped" out?

A good exhaust shop should be able to remove the header bolt without drilling it. At our shop we tach weld onto the nut to build it up and then try a stud extractor to remove the bolt. If that doesn't work we then weld a nut to more tach weld added to the stud then use an impact to try and extract it. Sometime we apply light head to the head depending on how far away the bolt is from the head gasket. On stock head it shouldn't be a problem but obviously it has to be light heat.
