Exhaust leak or normal?

Exhaust leak or normal?
I just installed shorty headers, x-pipe with cats, and flowmaster mufflers. I originally had an exhaust leak on the passenger side because of an issue with one of the bolts. Anyway, I corrected the bolt issue and replaced the gasket. I have checked and rechecked all bolts on both sides and underneath, everything is tight.
The only time I hear what kinda sounds like an exhaust leak is when accelerating from about 1500 to 3500 rpm. Keep the car in gear and accelerate above 3500 rpm and the noise goes away. It won't make the noise in the garage just revving the engine. It also does not make the noise if I keep the engine at a constant rpm down the road or back off the throttle. Oh yeah, I never noticed the noise before the exhaust work.
If it is an exhaust leak I would expect it to keep making noise above 3500 rpm while accelerating but I just don't know what else it could be. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
