Default timing chain

This is what happened im leaving work when my chain breaks in the parking lot it then snaps off the bottom of the timing chain cover that piece gets jammed into the harmonic balancer snaping it off then it flys into my radiotor. So how screwed am i ? Is the ford 302 a interference motor? did it bend all my valves ?

I'm pretty sure it's not an interference motor, but it wouldn't hurt to check everything while you're in there.
