No, 93's will not grind. There is a brake on 1993 T5's and you do not need to hit a forward gear to stop the input shaft from spinning.


Back to the original question. Is it grinding because you are not allowing the disc/input shaft to stop spinning or is the clutch dragging and it grinds reverse no matter what?
